With the popular motives of witch & Co., you can quickly put a smile on your face and so the little ones can dive into their wonderful dream world. We show you in our simple and step by step instructions how to make face painting fast and easy and how to paint the various motifs on the small children's faces.

Body paints

After the children make-up, the painted children's faces can then be easily washed off with water and a mild soap at the end of the day. Of course, you can also use cotton pads or gentle make-up removal wipes to make-up small faces.

The sponges for applying the make-up paints in children make-up can also be cut with a pair of scissors. So you can apply the various make-up colors to the skin with the individual sponge parts. To apply the primer over the entire face we recommend to use a larger sponge, so the paint application is more uniform and you get along with the paint faster.

If you have divided a previously round sponge in the middle for the make-up of children, then you can also paint the line in line form with the rounding of the sponge on the straight cut surface, alternatively a brush can be used as an alternative. Use one tip of the half sponge to apply paint and turn it over to the other tip, then blending or blending two colors together. A wet cloth can also be used to correct the edges around the paint application.

With the brushes you can also use different brush sizes and brush widths for face painting. The finer the brush, the more precise and finer accents can be set with it. There are also brushes for hobby and watercolor painting. Make sure the brush bristles are not too hard, so applying the paint to the skin will be much more enjoyable.

Moisten the make-up or make-up sponge slightly before applying the paint when applying make-up and then go into the respective make-up with slightly circular movements. In between the sponge every now and then moisten something. With the first color taken, the sponge can then be dipped in a second color, in this way you can mix two colors together and then apply to the skin. Black and white color can be quickly turned into a shade of gray. The make-up paints of children make-up then superficially clean with a damp cloth and underneath appears again the pure color without previous color mixing result.

Face painting - instructions

You need:

various brushes for face painting in different strengths
several sponges or make-up sponge
Use dermatologically tested child make-up for face painting
as desired effect glitter in different colors
Plastic cup as a water container
Facial tissues or baby wipes
Make-up lotion or mild soap
possibly cotton pads for washing off the make-up after children make-up

Make-up witch

Step 1: First apply the green primer with a sponge over the entire face. As you wish, your ears can also be made up with the green color. Apply a little light green color as eyeshadow on both eyelids and then on the lips.

Step 2: Now draw the spiderweb around the left eye. Now paint the spider by the hanging thread, as well as the curved eyebrow, the upper lip and the facial wrinkles.

Step 3: Finally, with some gray or white paint, draw all the black lines again. The gray or white lines give you even more contrast differences between all the painted strokes.

Make up the butterfly

Step 1: Apply some light blue color to the lips first, then frame them with a thin brush and white paint. Mix the light blue color with some white color and then apply the color in the shape of a butterfly with a sponge.

Step 2: Pick up the pink make-up and apply it to both eyelids and then to the lower cheek areas. With the turquoise color and a medium brush, you now apply the butterfly contour.

Step 3: With the color turquoise you now draw on the bridge of the nose the body of the butterfly and the corresponding butterfly feelers. Now follow the drop-shaped points at the level of the eyebrows and on the lower cheek areas.

Step 4: Finish off all the painted lines with a fine brush and white paint - thus increasing the contrast of the colors. Do not forget the feelers and the body of the butterfly, here too the white color gives the finishing touches.

Make-up on cat

Step 1: First, apply some of the pink make-up on both eyelids and then on the lower lip. Now paint the muzzle over the upper lip with white paint and then add some of the white color to the upper eyelids. Now take the black color and apply it to the upper lip, do not forget to surround the lower lip outside and place the two small lateral lines on the right and left at the corners of the mouth.

Step 2: Take a little bit of the gray color and put it around the eyebrows right and left. Then put some pink paint on the tip of the nose and put a small black border at the tip of the nose. Now draw above the two eyebrows with the black color of the cat ears, then paint on the upper lip of the small black circles on the cat's nose.

Step 3: Finally, put on the two black triangles over the eyebrows and surround the cat's nose in black. Lastly draw the black whiskers with a fine brush, starting from the upper lip and extending laterally outwards. In the final step, hold the brush tip flat on the skin, and then pull the stroke from the inside to the outside in one go.

Make up cat

Step 1: Mix some black and white into a gray shade and apply the color around the eyes. Paint the muzzle of the cat over the upper lip with white paint, then apply black paint on the upper lip, do not forget the two small black stitches at the corners of the mouth. Now apply some of the gray color to the lower lip and apply it completely in this color.

Step 2: Now apply the white color in triangular form over both eyes, then draw the sharp cat ears on the forehead area with black paint and a thin brush. Paint the muzzle of the cat over the upper lip with white paint, then apply black paint on the upper lip, do not forget the two small black stitches at the corners of the mouth. Draw the small black circles on the cat's nose and then add some of the gray color to the lower lip.

Step 3: Now paint the cat nose with gray paint on the tip of the nose and surround it with black paint at the bottom, also add a bit of gray color to the side of the cat's ears. Draw a gray curved line on each side of the cheek area and then a white curved line on each side. Draw the small black circles on the cat's nose and then add some of the gray color to the lower lip.

Step 4: Now surround the white cat's snout with black paint and then paint the whiskers of the cat starting from the upper lip to the outside, put the brush flat and pull out in one go. Finally, draw the two small black lines in the cat ears.

Make-up

Step 1: Make-up on both eyelids and lips in pink shades. Then frame the lip contour with white paint.

Step 2: Draw the two curved lines above the eyes with white paint. Then paint the crystal on the middle of the forehead and the ornaments on the forehead and cheeks.

Step 3: In this step, frame the crystal on the center of the forehead and the ornaments on the forehead and cheeks with the color pink.

Make up pirate

Make up tiger

Step 4: Now paint the ears of the tiger with black paint and a fine brush, then proceed with all strokes in the color orange on the face. Finally, surround the muzzle of the tigress with black paint and then draw the dots and the whiskers on the skin.

Make up tigress

Step 4: Now paint the tiger's ears with black paint and a fine brush, then proceed with all orange strokes on the face. Finally, surround the muzzle of the tigress with black paint and then draw the dots and the whiskers on the skin.

Make up the lion

Step 1: First apply the pale yellow color with a sponge over the entire face, as shown in the picture on the right. Then make up the upper lip in black paint and then the lower lip in yellow, then surround the lower lip with a thin black line, using a fine brush.

Step 2: Now make up the white areas around the eyes with white paint and the sponge, then paint the yellow eyeshadow line on the eyelids with the brush. Now paint the tip of the nose with the black paint and place a yellow dot in the middle of the tip of the nose, then draw a small black line on the right and left of the lips with the brush. Now make up the remaining yellow lines with a fine brush on the skin, do not forget the yellow ears over the eye area.

Step 3: Apply white paint and a thicker brush to put the lion's snout around your mouth. Then paint the strokes in the face and ears with a gray paint again with a fine brush. Draw two small white triangles on the corners of the lower lip, right and left below the corner of the mouth, and then surround them with gray.

Step 4: Now surround the white lion's snout with gray paint and a fine brush, then paint the circles and whiskers on the upper lip with black paint. Finally, make up the small yellow lines, on the sides right and left, under the eyes, as well as on the cheeks and over the eye area.

Lioness make-up

Step 2: Make up the white areas around your eyes with white paint and the sponge, then paint the yellow eyeshadow around your eyes with a brush. Step 3: Make up the lioness snout around the mouth with white paint and a thicker brush. Then paint the strokes in the face and ears with a gray paint again with a fine brush.

Step 4: Now surround the white lioness snout with gray paint and a fine brush, then paint the circles and whiskers on the upper lip with black paint. Finally make up the little yellow lines on the cheeks and over the eye area.
