• Basis weight: weight of the plate in square meters (m²)

Gypsum fiber board

The brand's classic gypsum fiber board can be used as a universal building material, combining all the advantages of one product and being available in a variety of formats. Each strength must be compared individually since not all are available in the same proportions:

Prices for these panels amount to 8.28 euros per square meter for the smallest thickness and format up to 11.95 euros per square meter for a thickness of 18 mm. The variant with the highest initial cost is the format 3, 000 mm x 1, 250 mm with a thickness of 18 mm. The prices here amount to about € 43.50 per square meter.

Tip: Fermacell offers special widths like 1, 245 millimeters on request, as well as special cuts in all sizes. In addition, composite panels in thicknesses of 30 mm and 40 mm are offered.

Gypsum fiberboard TB edge

This plate is, as the name implies, a Fermacell plate already equipped with drywall edges. Here are only the following variants:

1. Thickness 10 mm with a basis weight of 11.5 kilograms and the format 2.540 x 1.250. It is twice provided on the long side with the TB edge.

2. Thickness 12.5 mm with a basis weight of 15 kilograms and the formats 1, 500 x 1, 000 and 2, 000 x 1, 250. Both are provided with a circumferential TB edge.

The prices for this format start from 8.78 euros per square meter.

Gypsum fiber plate Vapor

The Vapor series from Fermacell focuses on the airtightness of the building. It ensures that wind and moisture can not penetrate the building and disturb its integrity. They have exactly the same dimensions as the classic gypsum fiber boards in thicknesses of 12.5 mm and 15 mm. The prices of the plates vary from 9 euros per square meter for the smallest variant to 13.12 euros for the largest.

Gypsum fiber plate greenline

Fermacell's greenline series are specially treated panels that filter emissions and harmful substances from indoor air for a healthy air. For this they are treated with an active ingredient that is derived from keratin. The result is the air-improving properties. They are available in the following strengths:

• 10 mm thick with a basis weight of 11.5 kilograms and a format of 1, 500 x 1, 000
• Thickness of 12.5 mm with a grammage of 15 kilograms and a format of 3, 000 x 1, 250

The prices amount to 9.75 euros for 10th strength and 10.21 euros for 12.5 strength per square meter.

Gypsum fiber board Firepanel A1

The Firepanel A1 increases the fire resistance of the panels and makes them completely fireproof. For this purpose, other materials are added to the mixture that are completely fireproof. They are available in the following versions:

1. Thickness 10 mm: basis weight of 12 kilograms per square meter in the format 2, 000 x 1, 250.

2. Thickness 12.5 mm: basis weight of 15 kilograms per square meter with the following formats:

Gypsum fiber screed elements

These floor elements are specially designed for use in the ground and are available in the following variants:

1. Normal variant in the following strengths:

• 20 mm with 23 kg basis weight in 1, 500 x 500
• 25 mm with 29 kilograms basis weight in 1, 500 x 500

2. Equipped with a wood fiber insulation in the following strengths:

• 30 mm with 25 kilograms basis weight in 1, 500 x 500
• 35 mm with 31 kg basis weight in 1, 500 x 500

3. Equipped with a high density mineral wool insulation in the following strengths:

• 30 mm with 25 kilograms basis weight in 1, 500 x 500
• 35 mm with 30 kilograms basis weight in 1, 500 x 500

Prices range from 18.67 euros to 27.82 euros per square meter.

Attic element

As the name implies, these elements are special loft panels that are effectively heat-insulating. The following formats are available:

• N + F: thickness of 10 mm with additional rigid foam board in the thicknesses 110 or 140 mm
• N + F WLG 031: same as the N + F element, only with dark foam and thus better insulation

Both formats are available in the sizes 1, 000 x 500 and the prices amount to about 13 euros per square meter.

Fussbodenheizelement

These elements have been developed with special cutouts that allow the heating pipes to be cleverly laid. These are available in the following variants:

• Therm25: thickness of 25 mm with format 1.000 x 500, also in round execution
• Therm38: thickness of 38 mm with format 1, 500 x 500, also with grooves
