The crochet blanket is one of the classics in the world of crochet. As a beginner you can practice the various types of knitwear just fine. It does not have to be the delicate white doily like grandma's. There are now many modern patterns for a crochet blanket. In addition, today the colors for a blanket may be mixed colorfully.

In this manual for a crochet blanket, the wool is relatively thick, so that the procedure is not too strenuous even for beginners. In addition, the thick yarn has the advantage that the doily is quite large even with a manageable number of rounds. But you will soon realize that it is not difficult to crochet a patterned blanket this way.
